Shipping Information

Most orders placed before noon will ship the same day, unless otherwise stated in your order. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and holidays recognized by our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). 
 
Please make sure that the delivery address is deliverable by USPS (United States Postal Service), and that the recipient’s name and address are 100% correct. Please note that you will be billed again for shipping if USPS returns your shipment as undeliverable and a second delivery attempt must be made.
 
You will be provided an estimated ship date and ETA when you place your order. Most standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.  Real-time tracking is not available with the Free Standard Shipping option, however departure and delivery confirmation is available through the USPS website. Should you require detailed tracking information you can select from the other shipping options listed below. Please note that extra shipping charges will apply, for all non-Standard (USPS First Class Mail) shipping methods.
 
Shipping within Continental United States: Street, PO Box, Alaska/Hawaii, Protectorates, APO/FPO
Standard (3-4 business days, orders $50 and up): USPS First Class Mail* - FREE.
Standard (3-4 business days): USPS First Class Mail* - $4.99 per order.
Expedited (1-3 business days): USPS Priority Mail* - $8.99 per item.
*Delivery to PO Box, Alaska/Hawaii, Protectorates, APO/FPO may vary and are not guaranteed.
International - Canada
Standard (7-14 business days): USPS International First Class Mail - 0lb–0.5lb $19.99.
Standard (7-14 business days): USPS International First Class Mail - 0.51lb–2lb $22.99.
Standard (7-14 business days): USPS International First Class Mail - 2.1lb–2.25lb $34.99.
International - Other Countries
Standard (14-21 business days): USPS International First Class Mail (NO TRACKING ID) - First item $16.99 and additional item will $4.00 per unit.
Expedited (5-10 business days): USPS International Priority Mail - First item $34.99 and additional item will $7.00 per unit.
